Technical Instructor – Full Stack, Data Science & Java

About the role

Sheryians Private Limited, a leading EdTech company, is looking for a Technical Instructor to deliver high‑quality, industry‑relevant training in multiple technology domains. You will mentor students both offline and online, turning complex concepts into practical, hands‑on learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging technical sessions in classroom and virtual settings.
• Explain concepts using real‑world projects, case studies, and practical examples.
• Mentor learners through assignments, coding challenges, and project work.
• Organise doubt‑clearing sessions, workshops, assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Create and record high‑quality video content for course modules.
• Design practical exercises, projects, and learning activities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Academic and Content teams to continuously improve course quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology, teaching, mentoring, training or EdTech.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the listed technical domains.
• Production‑level experience preferred for Full Stack roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing depth.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable delivering classroom sessions and recording technical content.
