About the role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to drive AI‑powered innovation and advanced analytics within our HR Cloud ecosystem. You will work on strategic platforms such as Qualtrics and Btravel, delivering predictive insights and automation to enhance business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑science and AI solutions for HR cloud products.
• Develop predictive analytics models and automation workflows.
• Integrate and optimize strategic cloud platforms (Qualtrics, Btravel) for seamless delivery.
• Ensure fast, reliable delivery of digital HR solutions across the organization.
• Maintain future‑ready capabilities in niche skill areas.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: BE, BTech or MBA.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in cloud solutions and end‑to‑end application development.
