About the role

Six Phrase Edutech, a part of Veranda Enterprise, is looking for enthusiastic Junior and Senior Technical and Aptitude Trainers to join its education team in Vadodara. The role blends hands‑on software development with classroom instruction, enabling you to shape future‑ready professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum for technical subjects (C, Java, Python, Data Structures, Algorithms) and quantitative aptitude.
• Spend approximately 30% of time conducting instructor‑led sessions and 70% building live web applications (frontend, backend, database).
• Develop and maintain real‑world projects using Java Full‑Stack, MERN, or MEAN stacks.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and resolve queries promptly.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and incorporate them into training material.

Required profile

• Developer mindset with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Experience building end‑to‑end web applications.
• Ability to create engaging curriculum and adapt to diverse learner needs.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
