Technical Analyst – Home Loans Technology

About the role

As a Technical Analyst in ANZ's Home Loans Portfolio, you will help design, coordinate, and implement changes to home loan systems and processes across all lending channels. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance customer and banker experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and technical design artefacts.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure viable solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation such as data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts in Confluence.
• Prioritise and organise requirement specifications for vendors and testers.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual with strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage short‑ and long‑term projects.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile, hybrid work environment.
