DevOps Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join its CSW 1.0 product team. You will work across testing, verification, release documentation, upgrades, operations and support, helping to deliver reliable telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth product releases and daily production checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in new releases and live environments.
• Share knowledge regularly within the team and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industry experience, including 1+ year in a DevOps role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Programming: Java, Python, Selenium.
• Automation & scripting: Ansible, Shell scripting.
• Big data: Hadoop, Spark.
• Databases: MariaDB.
• Operating systems: Linux, Windows.
• Monitoring & virtualization: Zabbix, KVM.
• Collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Familiarity with Cloud and AI concepts is a plus.
