Tech Support Engineer (Linux) – Infrastructure Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Support Engineer specialized in Linux to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting both software and hardware solutions for our customers, working on‑site in Indore, MP, or Noida.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hardware and software requirements for product implementations.
• Design highly available deployment, networking, storage, and virtualization architectures.
• Develop network security solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deploy monitoring tools and automate deployments and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve customer‑reported issues within agreed SLAs.
• Review technical documentation, product requirements, and functional specifications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering; MCA preferred.
• Experience handling large customers and providing remote support.
• Strong understanding of databases and multi‑tier application workflows.
