About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to join our fast‑moving HR team within an innovative IT company focused on Quantum and AI technologies. You will play a key part in attracting and hiring top technical talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interview stages.
• Negotiate offers and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical recruitment within a fast‑paced IT environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with IT/tech roles and hiring trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
