Tech Lead – SAP ABAP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in SAP CRM ABAP to drive end‑to‑end implementation projects. The role involves leading technical design, development, and integration efforts for SAP CRM solutions in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of SAP CRM projects, ensuring high‑quality code and timely delivery.
• Design, develop, and enhance CRM Web Client UI components, BADI implementations, and event handling.
• Optimize performance of SAP CRM applications using proven techniques.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP CRM and SAP ECC, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in OOP ABAP.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of relevant experience, including 6‑10 years in SAP CRM ABAP.
• Hands‑on experience in at least three full‑cycle SAP CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS ABAP and UI framework enhancements.
• Proven ability to work on performance optimization and MVC architecture.
