Tech Lead – Expert Circuit Design Engineer (VM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to design, modify, and maintain analog circuits for automotive braking system products. You will guide a team through the full product development lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality hardware layouts and circuit modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, modify, and maintain analog circuits for automotive braking systems.
• Perform circuit calculations using Mathcad and simulations with Saber.
• Analyse the impact of electronic component changes on circuit performance.
• Own hardware layout and circuit module responsibilities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Propose innovative design solutions and cost‑improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with ECU customer teams and functional groups on safety, thermal, and reliability aspects.
• Conduct lab testing and measurements to validate designs.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 7‑9 years of experience in analog circuit design for automotive applications.
• Proven leadership or tech‑lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, thermal and reliability requirements in automotive electronics.

Required skills

• Electronic circuit theory.
• Analog circuit design for power supplies, ADC monitoring, CAN interfaces.
• Design of gate drivers, motor drives, DC‑DC and boost converters, LVR, MOSFETs.
• Motor path design and 48 V circuit development.
• Proficiency with Mathcad and Saber simulation tools.
• Experience using laboratory equipment such as CRO, multimeters and load boxes.
