Teamcenter Solution & Implementation Engineer

About the role

As a Teamcenter Solution & Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for translating functional and non‑functional requirements into concrete Teamcenter PLM configurations and applications. You will work closely with Bosch’s BMG engineering division, Bosch Digital and other corporate IT teams to deliver robust, on‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and convert business requirements into Teamcenter workflows, stylesheets, BMIDE customisations and SOA services.
• Collaborate with functional departments to clarify ambiguous requirements and provide effort estimations.
• Design, develop and implement Teamcenter solutions for the BMG engineering division, ensuring adherence to time, budget, scope and quality targets.
• Work jointly with BMG/BDO and Bosch Digital on Teamcenter project delivery and platform updates.
• Provide 3rd‑level support for implemented solutions following Bosch‑wide ITIL standards, using ServiceNow for ticket handling.
• Perform independent troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and coordinate with Corporate IT to deliver rapid resolutions, including bug‑fixes.
• Support ongoing updates and enhancements of the Siemens Teamcenter platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM ecosystem and its customisation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and estimations.
• Strong background in 3rd‑level support and familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on rapid issue resolution.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
