Team Member – Techno Commercial

About the role

The Techno Commercial Team Member will ensure the efficient procurement and storage of spares and consumables, supporting operational continuity while optimizing costs. This role also manages the full lifecycle of annual rate contracts and service agreements, guaranteeing compliance with organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, receipt, and storage of spares and consumables in line with business needs.
• Identify, negotiate, issue, renew, and close Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and service contracts.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective planning, control mechanisms and continuous improvement.
• Implement best‑in‑class purchasing practices and drive standardisation of procurement processes.
• Benchmark and adopt best practices across procurement, stores and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems, regulatory, quality, legal and safety standards.
• Optimise scrap sales to maximise value recovery.
• Foster team engagement, coaching and leadership development within the function.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering.
• Preferred MBA or Diploma in Materials Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, stores and service/commercial contract management.
