Team Member – Store Operations

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Store Team Member to manage daily store activities at our project site. You will ensure accurate receipt, verification, and issuance of materials while maintaining zero‑accident standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify invoices against purchase orders and generate Goods Received Notes (GRN) within 24 hours.
• Coordinate unloading, batch‑making, and invoice scanning for timely payment processing.
• Inspect received material, report shortages or damages, and track import containers.
• Prepare Daily Material Reports (DMR) for imported goods.
• Issue material using issue slips and update movements in the SAP system.
• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile with book stock, and produce perpetual inventory reports.
• Manage scrap storage, disposal, and sales in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain daily reports on scrap disposal, fuel stock, aging inventory, GRN, batch, and paper stock.
• Develop and implement store SOPs and ensure zero‑accident handling of all physical activities.

Required profile

• Experience in store or warehouse management, preferably on construction or logistics projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of local regulations related to scrap disposal and fuel handling.
• Ability to coordinate with purchase, vendor, and site teams.
