Team Member – Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Team Member (Production Operator) to assist with the adjustment, operation and supervision of machines, ensuring quality and timely completion of orders in our manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Set up machines according to the set‑up plan and operate them following factory data collection (FDC/TSOP) and work instructions.
• Perform quality controls as per TSOP, report deviations, and supervise the technical state of equipment.
• Check safety installations, separate material with failures, and conduct optical inspections of product defects.
• Record manufacturing and testing documentation accurately.
• Supply tools, manage resources, auxiliary and residual materials, and ensure compliance with IMS procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with Lean Production, 5S and PDCA methodologies.
• Knowledge of polymer processing is a plus.
