Team Member - Packing (Strip Packing)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Member – Packing (Strip Packing) to join our manufacturing site. The role involves operating and maintaining the strip‑packing line that prepares pharmaceutical products for distribution, while ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate primary packing line machinery, loading materials and monitoring line performance.
• Perform line clearance and manage changeovers between batches.
• Carry out cleaning, lubrication, tightening inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Record batch activities and maintain accurate documentation to support regulatory readiness.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) during equipment breakdowns.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required evidence and adhering to SOPs.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S and lean projects.
• Engage in training programmes, safety drills and use digital tools (SOR, OEE dashboards) to monitor operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Ability to follow GMP, GDP and safety standards consistently.
• Attention to detail in documentation and equipment handling.
• Willingness to work on a production floor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
