Team Member – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Team Member will assist in adjusting, operating and supervising production machines, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion of orders. The role involves handling materials, documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with adjustment, operation and supervision of machines according to regulations and work instructions.
• Set up machines following the set‑up plan and perform quality controls according to TSOP.
• Monitor technical state of equipment, commission corrective actions for technical errors and report deviations.
• Check safety installations, separate defective material and conduct optical inspections, marking defect locations.
• Record manufacturing and testing documentation accurately.
• Manage and supply auxiliary, residual and operating materials, as well as tools, ensuring timely availability.
• Ensure compliance with procedures defined in the function manual/IMS.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with Lean Production, 5S and PDCA methodologies.
• Knowledge of polymer processing is a plus.
