Team Member – Manufacturing (Hot Section)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Member to join our manufacturing plant, focusing on the hot section and paint‑dry area. The role involves hands‑on operation, maintenance support, and continuous improvement activities in a high‑temperature environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and oversee painting section processes.
• Maintain the hot section and paint‑dry area, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards and safety protocols.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance team for hot‑section equipment.
• Participate in plant efficiency projects and TPM/WCM/ISO initiatives.
• Work directly with production machines and support continuous improvement activities.
• Perform duties in elevated ambient temperatures while adhering to safety guidelines.
