Team Member - Installation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Member to lead installation activities at customer sites, ensuring high‑quality execution and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, coordinating with service partners, and validating completed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to ensure timely supplies.
• Support and collaborate with authorized service partners for smooth execution.
• Conduct site measurements, pre‑installation surveys, and post‑installation services including CAPA.
• Perform post‑installation audits, prepare checklists, and validate sites.
• Manage project validation, issue completion certificates, and collect customer testimonials.
• Provide technical inputs and assist in planning, scheduling, and installer management.
• Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to undertake intensive travel to customer sites.
• Ability to collaborate with civil teams for site readiness.
• Strong communication skills to engage and close‑loop with customers.
