About the role
The Team Member – Grivenace will support the organization by ensuring regulatory compliance, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining service level agreements. This position works closely with process owners to improve service quality and reduce complaint volumes.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and update customers on process changes as required by IRDA.
- Reduce complaints and queries received via email or white paper, identify process gaps, and close loops with owners.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of service‑related complaints and propose improvements.
- Maintain SLA adherence, improve productivity and accuracy, and ensure priority cases are resolved within defined TAT.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for updating customers and coordinating with process owners.
- Analytical mindset to perform root‑cause analysis and suggest process enhancements.
- Ability to work under defined timelines and meet SLA targets.
