Team Member – AOCC

About the role

The Team Member – AOCC supports real‑time airport operations by monitoring terminal activities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation and congestion management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor terminal operations to detect congestion or incidents and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Supervise the Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) and Gate Operating System (GOS) to allocate parking stands and maintain on‑time block/off‑block operations.
• Coordinate with the Landing Parking Cell and non‑scheduled operators for departure clearances according to flight plans.
• Perform manual or automated flight announcements and update flight status on paging systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate flight information on Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS).
• Collaborate with medical services, ATC, ground handlers, engineering, and security to address emergencies and operational updates.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and proper documentation of operational activities.

Required profile

• Experience in monitoring and coordinating airport operations.
• Ability to manage resource allocation and congestion in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and capability to handle operational emergencies.
