Team Leader – EIT Testing

About the role

Bank of America is seeking a Team Leader to oversee End‑to‑End (EIT) testing activities within its Global Business Services division in India. The role involves managing manual, automated, surveillance and transaction‑level testing, ensuring quality execution, issue resolution and alignment with business and technical requirements. You will work in an inclusive, in‑office environment that promotes collaboration and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent process testing, including manual, automated, surveillance and transaction‑level tests.
• Monitor quality test execution, manage reversals/rebuttals and report issues to lines of business.
• Develop and build automated test scripts adhering to development standards.
• Execute end‑to‑end UAT testing to validate business, technical and functional requirements.
• Track test schedules, ensure timely completion and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.

Required profile

• B Tech, MBA, PGDM or Masters in Economics, Quantitative Techniques, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics or Data Sciences.
• Fresher (0 years experience) with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in any of the following locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT) or Hyderabad.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and drive for operational excellence.
