Team Lead – Logistics Operations

About the role

Shadowfax is seeking a proactive Team Lead to manage daily logistics operations in Anjar. You will be responsible for overseeing delivery partners, ensuring service quality, and driving operational efficiency across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily delivery operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Mentor, train, and support team members on policies and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in planning, coordination, and execution of operational strategies.
• Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive efficiency improvements.
• Effective communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or operations (preferred).
• Graduate degree; education in logistics, business management, or related fields is advantageous.
