Team Lead, Learning and Development

About the role

Cvent is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for Learning and Development to design, deliver, and manage high‑impact training programs across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and ensure that learning initiatives align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding, calendar offerings, and other training sessions.
• Develop instructional materials and curricula that meet diverse learner needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a business partner for learning initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage training budgets.
• Analyze training data, maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), and report on program effectiveness.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end training logistics, including nominations, communications, and participant engagement.
• Deliver engaging, impactful training across multiple functions and locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading learning and development programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Analytical mindset with experience using training analytics to drive improvements.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
