Team Lead – Delivery Operations

About the role
Amazon is looking for a proactive Team Lead to manage shift operations at its Delivery Center in Jaipur. You will partner with the Center Manager to ensure smooth transportation processes, from the delivery station to the customer’s doorstep, while driving performance improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Center Manager to oversee daily transportation operations.
- Execute the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels to handle peak periods and manage delivery schedules.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to boost delivery performance.
- Interact with multiple internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- Strong execution mindset, resourceful, and able to navigate ambiguity.
