Team Lead – Consulting (French Process)

About the role

Numerator is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the delivery of high‑quality data, analyses, and insights for its French client service teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage a group of analysts based in India, ensuring that outputs are accurate, insightful, and client‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of analysts supporting French‑market projects.
• Translate client briefs and business questions into clear, actionable tasks.
• Oversee data extraction, analysis, and the creation of PowerPoint deliverables.
• Review and validate presentations for clarity, consistency, and visual quality.
• Coach analysts on insight generation, storytelling, commentary writing, and executive summaries.
• Monitor daily operations, allocate resources, track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support onboarding, training and continuous development of team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing, customer‑focused team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytical or consulting teams.
• Strong ability to interpret business questions and guide analysts toward actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the primary point of contact for the team and senior management.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, timeliness and client readiness.
