Team Lead – Buildings

About the role
The Company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee building projects across residential, commercial and club sectors. You will manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate building projects, including finishing works for residential, commercial and club facilities.
- Prepare and vet drawings, item specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Plan, supervise, coordinate and monitor project execution, including work order and purchase order amendments.
- Manage contracts, billing, cost estimating and material approvals.
- Ensure quality control, quantity assurance and adherence to safety standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute or university.
- 15–20 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in building and finishing works.
