Team Lead - Application development (Web, AI & ML)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a diverse group of AI Engineers and Full‑Stack Developers. You will guide technical direction, mentor the team, and ensure successful delivery of customer‑facing software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of ~30 AI engineers and full‑stack developers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple customer projects, handling requirements, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance on AI/ML and full‑stack initiatives, promoting best practices such as code quality, testing and CI/CD.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, act as primary point of contact, and manage resource allocation and workload distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of professional software experience, with proven leadership of engineering teams of 20+ members.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Full‑Stack development: React, Angular, Python, Java, Node.js.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies.
