Teaching Professional – Full-time Classroom Teacher

About the role

The Teaching Professional will join a school in Cuddalore to deliver engaging, student‑centered lessons on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing classroom instruction while supporting each learner’s academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, participate in professional development sessions, and contribute to co‑curricular activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or certification in Education or a related field, with required teaching credentials for the region.
• Strong foundation in instructional practices and lesson planning.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff and families.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and support diverse learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical, inclusive teaching.
