About the role

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is seeking a full‑time Teacher to join its Pilibhit centre. You will lead daily classroom sessions for youth aged 17‑18+, delivering a structured curriculum that blends English language, non‑cognitive skills, digital literacy and lifelong‑learning concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive lessons aligned with FEA’s curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions, peer‑learning activities and technology‑enhanced exercises.
• Monitor student progress, maintain class records and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in teacher training sessions and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Encourage self‑directed learning habits beyond the classroom.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and training abilities with experience facilitating interactive classes.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with young adults from diverse socio‑economic backgrounds is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Social Sciences or a related field is desirable.
• Patience, adaptability, interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in youth development.
