Teacher for Government Schools (Grades 6‑12) – India

About the role

Join a creative non‑profit trust dedicated to equipping young people with sustainable entrepreneurial skills. You will work onsite in government schools across India, teaching mixed‑gender classes from Grade 6 to Grade 12 while integrating life‑skill lessons that address climate change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual (Hindi and English) lessons to students Monday through Saturday.
• Create an inclusive classroom where girls feel confident, visible, and engaged.
• Submit a clear, well‑written English report at the end of each teaching day, summarising activities, outcomes, and observations.
• Maintain detailed field notes throughout the academic year to support case‑study development.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and able to energise a classroom of children.
• Committed to documenting teaching experiences accurately.
• Comfortable working in government school environments and adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule.
• Strong written communication skills in English for daily reporting.
