About the role

Skildemy is seeking a passionate Teacher to join its early‑childhood team in Nagpur. You will design and deliver interactive, discovery‑based lessons that nurture critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum aligned with Skildemy’s educational philosophy.
• Facilitate classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and manage classroom dynamics calmly.
• Participate in professional development sessions and collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent teaching certification.
• Experience working with early‑childhood or primary‑level students.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Ability to create learner‑centered, inclusive classrooms.
