Tax Technology Consultant – NetSuite/Workday – Multiple Cities India

About the role

Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team is looking for a senior consultant to help clients implement tax solutions within leading ERP platforms. You will work across major Indian cities, partnering with tax departments to modernise their processes through cloud‑based SaaS applications.

Key responsibilities

• Interact daily with client project teams and Deloitte leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Design, configure, test and train on Workday, INFOR, NetSuite and related tax software implementations.
• Identify business requirements, create functional designs, prototype solutions, and define support procedures.
• Collaborate with broader tax practice and Deloitte services to provide holistic client support.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ERP or tax software solutions.
• Understanding of direct and indirect tax requirements (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, sales & use tax, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
