Tax Technology Consultant – DocuSign CLM (Multiple Cities)

About the role

Deloitte Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) is seeking a consultant to help tax and legal departments modernise their contract management processes using DocuSign CLM. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, configure and implement solutions that increase efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DocuSign CLM and related contract management technologies based on documented requirements.
• Conduct user‑acceptance testing, create comprehensive test scenarios and identify improvements.
• Gather, analyse and document contract‑management requirements, performing fit‑gap analysis.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new DocuSign functionalities and drive template rationalisation.
• Collaborate with tax and legal teams to integrate DocuSign solutions with existing applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years implementing DocuSign CLM.
• DocuSign CLM Consultant certification (proctored exam).
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet delivery deadlines.
• Experience leading teams or managing proof‑of‑concepts (for senior candidates).

• DocuSign API integration.
• DocuSign workflow troubleshooting.
• Template rationalisation and harmonisation within CLM.
• Familiarity with DocuSign AI (advantage).
