Tax Consultant II - Global Trade Service + ABAP

About the role

Deloitte Tax is seeking a Tax Consultant II to support its Global Trade Service practice. The role combines tax expertise with technical development on SAP platforms, helping clients modernize their global trade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions using ABAP for SAP HANA.
• Align S/4HANA technologies and related tools with business strategies.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
• Review code written by peers to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing to verify that solutions meet specifications.
• Document software systems and provide guidance for ongoing maintenance.
