Tax Analyst – Tax Technology & Data Transformation

About the role

Join a small, high‑impact team that supports the global tax function through technology, data, and digitisation. You will help tax adapt to a changing business landscape by improving data integrity, simplifying processes and accelerating technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global tax function, tax technology, data, and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design, develop and implement solutions using MS Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint and related tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and applications that support tax operations.
• Participate in testing, deployment and user‑acceptance activities to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users on new tools and applications.
• Continuously monitor, optimise and update existing solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends in tax technology and data analytics.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education with additional qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑6 years of experience in business transformation, including data and process change projects.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
