Tax Analyst – Statutory Reporting & Compliance

About the role
Accenture is seeking a Tax Analyst with 3‑5 years of experience to support statutory reporting and tax compliance for its clients. The role involves independent quality testing, documentation, and preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute quality testing and gather required documentation, reports, and data.
- Document and monitor controls to ensure full audit compliance.
- Assist the Assistant Manager with internal communications and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, perform IFRS‑to‑local GAAP reconciliations, update note accounts, and handle XBRL tagging.
- Draft control design and remediation plans, track their completion, and ensure adherence to policy and procedure guidelines.
- Communicate testing results and documentation requests to process owners and business teams.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, or related finance functions.
- Ability to work independently on lower‑complexity problems and follow detailed instructions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external auditors.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
