About the role
We are looking for a Target Costing Specialist (XC) to analyse electronic parts and drive cost‑reduction initiatives. The role involves developing strategies, deriving measures and working closely with cross‑functional teams across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse electronic components to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Derive and propose cost‑reduction measures and strategies.
- Coordinate implementation of measures with module teams, customer projects, component engineering, purchasing and plant teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and India to ensure successful execution.
Required profile
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in cost analysis or engineering.
