Tally Accountant (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Tally Accountant to join our finance team in Rajasthan. You will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day accounting transactions using Tally software and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal vouchers in Tally.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and reconcile bank statements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Assist in preparing invoices and basic financial reports.
• Organise and preserve accounting records for audits.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with local operations and finance teams to streamline financial and logistics workflows.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Tally or a similar accounting software.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, GST or applicable taxes, and bank reconciliation.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with finance, operations and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Rajasthan, manage time independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in an accounting, logistics or trading environment is preferred; exposure to medical devices or healthcare is a plus.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
