Talent Operations Executive

About the role

CoinDCX is seeking a detail‑oriented Talent Operations Executive to own end‑to‑end recruitment operations, pre‑onboarding, and interview coordination. The role ensures a seamless candidate journey from application through Day 1 while maintaining data accuracy and strong stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Apply Mailbox, review every incoming application, conduct initial screening, and tag candidates appropriately.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across roles and panels, send reminders, track daily interview status, and compile daily interview summary sheets.
• Own the pre‑onboarding process for offered candidates, transfer data to tracking sheets, conduct Joining Confidence Scoring, and flag any issues for escalation.
• Engage hiring managers, department heads, and HR business partners through calls, office visits, and high‑touch communication to reduce drop‑offs.
• Track and follow up on required documentation (banking details, PIF, onboarding forms) and ensure timely submission.
• Raise asset requests via Slack and confirm office logistics one day before the candidate’s start date.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and candidate interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining data integrity.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
