Talent Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures the Recruiting team operates smoothly, delivering high‑quality service to hiring managers, employees and candidates. This role helps ILM maintain its reputation as an Employer of Choice by attracting and securing top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, schedule high‑volume interviews, reserve rooms and arrange candidate travel.
• Prepare offer packets in partnership with HR and maintain the applicant tracking system, logging interview feedback and candidate data.
• Generate weekly reports for multiple ILM departments and locations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, new hires and external candidates.
• Collect candidate documentation, submit to GHRO, monitor progress and manage non‑disclosure agreements.
• Assist in creating presentations for the Recruitment Matrix.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience, preferably in talent acquisition.
• Professional, diplomatic communication with a strong focus on confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing needs and thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver with high initiative.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace – advanced Google Sheets.
• Workday (preferred).
