Talent Acquisition & Trainer Success Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Trainer Success Intern to support our growing ed‑tech startup in Hyderabad. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding trainers worldwide, while handling day‑to‑day operational queries and payroll verification.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified trainers across various subjects and skill areas.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates and conduct initial interview calls.
• Coordinate subsequent interview rounds and support the onboarding process.
• Explain company policies and processes to newly onboarded trainers.
• Resolve trainer queries and provide operational support.
• Assist with payroll verification and other personnel operations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment and trainer engagement processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about interacting with people and solving problems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in recruitment, people operations and the education sector.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools for tracking.
