Talent Acquisition Specialist – HR Recruiter

About the role

SWIFT HIRE LLC is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based IT positions and international process hiring. The role is based in Bhopal and operates on a fixed shift from 3 PM to 12 AM IST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT and international process roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or international process hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search techniques.
