Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume FMCG Hiring

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead high‑volume frontline sales hiring from our Zirakpur hub, ensuring zero‑vacancy territories across Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir. You will source field talent that can immediately drive FMCG business revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Map distributor networks of competing FMCG brands across Punjab and J&K.
• Headhunt active field talent directly from wholesale markets and retail beats.
• Build local candidate pipelines using WhatsApp groups and regional job platforms.
• Source candidates with established relationships among local stockists and grocers.
• Evaluate candidates on route‑planning skills, territory knowledge, and language proficiency in Punjabi and local dialects.
• Screen for comfort with extensive travel in rural and rugged areas.
• Conduct quick informal reference checks with local distributor hubs.
• Coordinate field interviews with Area Sales Managers in Zirakpur, Punjab, and Jammu.
• Manage rapid offer roll‑outs to minimise competitor counter‑offers.
• Track daily recruitment funnels from sourcing to field deployment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of core experience in FMCG field‑sales hiring.
• Deep understanding of the talent landscape in Punjab and J&K.
• Existing network of FMCG sales professionals (SRs, SOs, merchandisers) in the North region.
• Ability to execute high‑speed, high‑volume recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Strong communication abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Punjabi and local dialects.
• Experience using digital platforms for recruitment (preferred).
• Familiarity with FMCG market trends (preferred).
