Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑Time

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions across its India operations. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience that supports the company’s growth and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, pre‑screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
• Analyze resumes to identify relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job requisitions, develop job descriptions, and post ads on internal and external platforms.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the process and extend offers to selected individuals.
• Represent Bechtel at employment fairs, campus events, and build pipelines for targeted talent pools.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Required profile

• Experience conducting full‑cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
• Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and applicants.
• Familiarity with creating compelling job advertisements and managing recruitment channels.
