Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

About the role

As a Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of Global Business Functions and BCG Vantage roles across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams and business leaders to attract and secure top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for GBF and BCG Vantage positions across APAC markets, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define talent needs, hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
• Source high‑quality candidates through direct outreach, referrals, talent mapping, networking and external channels.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide fact‑based hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Lead recruitment campaigns, talent branding initiatives and targeted sourcing projects across the region.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and market trends to improve hiring efficiency and stakeholder decision‑making.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and process excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in complex, international, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions, markets and stakeholder groups.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including proactive talent mapping and pipeline development.
• Experience conducting structured, competency‑based interviews and delivering objective hiring recommendations.
• Ability to act as a trusted recruiting advisor and balance strategic talent planning with hands‑on execution.
