Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

RapidCanvas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, and go‑to‑market positions. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving quickly while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing to candidate follow‑through.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach, building strong pipelines for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Apply RapidCanvas evaluation rubrics and pre‑screen checklists consistently.
• Coordinate interview loops, track feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage.
• Draft and send referral outreach and candidate communications in a warm, concise tone.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and flag blockers early.
• Support offer logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and reference checks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience with international hiring across the USA, LATAM, or other markets.
• Ability to source technical roles (engineering, data, product) without a technical background.
• Strong written communication and detail‑oriented organization.
• Comfort with structured processes, rubrics, and checklists.
