About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its growing MedTech business in Bangalore. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Leverage recruiting technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate market insights and talent trends into actionable recommendations for hiring managers and HR partners.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting within a corporate or MedTech environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
