Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑growing organization in Bhopal. The role will cover corporate, plant and operational hiring across textile, manufacturing and related sectors, ensuring a seamless journey from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, networking and social media.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Handle candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer roll‑outs and counter‑offers.
• Track candidates from offer stage through joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Conduct employment, education and reference verification as required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate records and hiring reports.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in textile, manufacturing, apparel or related industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, plant, operational, corporate and managerial positions.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a relevant discipline.
