Talent Acquisition Manager – FMCG Recruitment

About the role

Pramod Group is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across its FMCG operations. Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with business leaders to attract high‑quality talent for corporate, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, including offer negotiation and pre‑joining engagement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and recruitment agencies, and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit, coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and source effectiveness, and report updates to the CHRO.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer‑products.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognised institution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings and deliver within defined timelines.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate search and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with recruitment dashboards or applicant‑tracking systems.
