Talent Acquisition Manager – Cargo Operations

About the role

The Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment for cargo operations and ground‑handling functions at Noida International Airport. You will drive high‑volume hiring for frontline and support roles, ensuring a smooth, compliant candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for ramp services, baggage handling, customer service and technical support positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, aviation institutes, referrals and social media.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments and selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, background checks and security clearances.
• Assist in workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs based on operational schedules and seasonal trends.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Enhance candidate experience through clear communication and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners and external recruitment partners.
• Utilise the ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and generate basic reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation operational hiring, particularly bulk and blue‑collar recruitment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with aviation institutes and job portals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
• Experience maintaining recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory compliance related to hiring.
