Talent Acquisition Intern – Recruitment Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts at Air India SATS Airpost Services. This paid internship provides hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and panel members.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support campus hiring and walk‑in drives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Assist with employer branding activities such as social media posts and flyers.
• Handle candidate communication and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in HR, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in the aviation or ground‑handling industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
